These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the 399 bd platform, accessible at https://399-bd.app and via the 399 bd mobile application ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by 399 bd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or contacting support — you ("you", "the player", "the user") agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Where any ambiguity arises, the interpretation most consistent with player protection and responsible gaming principles shall apply. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that:

Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed. All funds in that account — including any winnings — will be returned to the original deposit source and the incident may be reported to the relevant authorities. 399 bd will not be liable for any losses incurred by an underage player who circumvented age verification controls.

Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a violation of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

• Account sharing: Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to use your account, whether for financial gain or otherwise.

399 bd reserves the right to void any bets placed as a result of technical errors, software malfunctions, or circumstances that 399 bd could not have reasonably anticipated. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's wallet. No additional compensation will be provided.

Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your 399 bd account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. In cases of involuntary closure due to suspected fraud or policy violation, 399 bd reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending a formal investigation. Nothing in these Terms limits 399 bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the Platform or these Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 7. All disputes arising from the use of 399 bd are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
